The Mystery Tie — Monthly
Billing. Your subscription is A$49 a month, including free shipping Australia-wide. You're charged on the day you subscribe, then on the same date each month.
Delivery. Each tie is dispatched within 3 business days of your billing date, in a sealed Haus & Hue bag. We keep a record of what you've received, so you'll never get the same tie twice.
Skip, pause or cancel. Log in to your account and manage your subscription at any time. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that month. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees.
Returns. Because each tie is chosen for you, we don't offer change-of-mind returns on subscription ties. If a tie arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
